As of 5:00pm, this evening the BPSOF is pleased to announce the appointment of Sergeant Joseph Britt, a 31 year veteran of the Department and a 5 year member of the BPSOF, as interim BPSOF representative at Area E-13, Jamaica Plain. Joe will be filling in for Sgt. Winny Cotter who was transferred to Area A-7. Thank you Winny for your service to the Federation and good luck in the new assignment. An election for this position will be held before April 16, 2010. Any Federation member assigned to Area E-13 who wishes to run for this position, should make their intention known in writing to Federation Secretary Maura Flynn within seven days of the election. |
