We have had numerous requests for the telephone numbers and email addresses of the various representatives and senators. the Membership is getting tired of the lack of respect we are getting from various elected officials. We will eventually cross-reference our membership database to each area, but this is a long term project.
For the time being, please call the State House at 617-722-2000. The bill #4477 is in Committee Chaired by Rep. Steve Walsh (D-Lynn) and Sen. Brian Joyce (D-Milton/Boston). This Committee will be voting to make a recommendation on H#4447 (the bill to change the civil service Commission) to the entire Legislature "to pass or not to pass". A good place to begin may be to call these Co-Chairmen and express your viewpoint..
Also, please access Mass.Gov. If you go to the Secretary of State's portion of the website, there is a link where you can put in your home address and find out who each elected official is that represents your families.
